Bridgette works as a Broker Associate in the Tenant Advisory Services group in Houston representing corporate office users in their office lease negotiations. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Bridgette joined Transwestern in November 2003. She has participated in the leasing and marketing for approximately 2.5 million square feet of office space all over the Houston area. She has worked with a variety of owners, including BGK Texas, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, InSite Commercial Real Estate, The Lionstone Group, Presidio Commercial Services, and Richfield Investment Corporation. During Bridgette’s tenure with Transwestern, she has completed approximately 260 lease transactions totaling over 625,000 square feet. Prior to joining Transwestern, Bridgette was a member of Grubb & Ellis’ Project leasing team in Houston, serving a 4.5 million square foot office portfolio. Within a nine-month period, Bridgette completed 45 lease transactions totaling over 75,000 square feet in leasing transactions. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
